Refund and Return Policy

AGHE does not offer refunds, except in the following cases:

 I. Annual Meetings

Refunds for annual meeting registration and pre-conference institute fees, as well as event and meal tickets are available on a limited basis. The stated items are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond AGHE’s control. Annual meeting registrants for the current annual meeting year may cancel and receive a refund, minus a handling fee, before the early bird registration date for that year’s annual meeting. The handling fee and early bird date may change from year to year, and will be specified in each year’s preliminary program and in various other AGHE published materials pertaining to the current annual meeting.
