Assistant Professor: - Gerontological Psychology
 
The Department of Behavioral Sciences (Psychology Discipline) at the University of Michigan-Dearborn invites applications for a tenure-track, assistant professor position in Gerontological Psychology, to begin September 1, 2013. Evidence of teaching excellence and research potential is required. In addition to teaching courses in the Adulthood and Aging and Death and Dying, several of the following courses would be desirable: introductory psychology, research methods in developmental, clinical or cognitive psychology, personality development, cognitive development, cognitive psychology or abnormal psychology. A willingness to support undergraduate and graduate research is also expected. Candidates for this position must have earned a PhD degree or equivalent in Psychology by September 1, 2013.
