Friday, February 24 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday, February 25 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sunday, February 26 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Registration Rates
Registration Policy
• The meeting registration fee will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the meeting due to circumstances beyond the control of The Gerontological Society of America and the Association for Gerontology in Higher Education.
• Payments for optional event tickets and preconference institutes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Registrations are non-transferable. No refunds will be granted after January 15, 2012.
No exceptions will be made. Written requests for refunds must be sent to AGHE by email at meetings@aghe.org. Refunds will be issued no sooner than 45 days following the Annual Meeting and will follow this schedule: registration cancellations received: until December 31, 2011, refund minus $50 processing fee; January 1 – January 14, 2012, 50% refund of paid meeting registration fee; after January 15, 2012, no refunds will be issued.
